Before we describe the key ingredients in Hangover – Over, let me explain about free radicals and the defense system that fights against free radicals called antioxidants and antioxidant enzymes. There are many biochemical processes that go on when we eat, breath or drink. And, you might be surprised to see what goes on inside your body, particularly at the cellular levels. This is just the tip of the iceberg and you will get a glimpse of how we used evidence-based science to develop Hangover – Over, and why I recommend taking it daily and not just for hangovers.

Our body is amazing; we have over 35 trillion cells. We are born with healthy cells, and these cells are replicating and regenerating constantly as we age. Even during simple regeneration, natural byproducts are formed as a result of the ongoing biochemical reactions in our body. Free radicals are generated when we eat (especially fried fatty food), when we drink alcohol, when we smoke, when we breath pollutants, and when we take medicine. These free radicals can cause damage to parts of cells like proteins, DNA, lipids, and cell membranes. When free radicals damage important components of the cell, those components lose their ability to function normally, and the accumulation of such damage may cause the cell to die or mutate. Evidence indicates that accumulation of free radicals is a contributing factor to many health conditions.
